Wilmington & Manchester RR} when to look for troops. He
asks me and I can't tell him as I don't know how you will divide at
Weldon. The first 1,500 will leave at eight o'clock tonight and the
next 1,500 at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning and will run that way till
all are gone. |
