| The guage of the North
Carolina rail road is being changed and the refugee rolling stock will
start forward tomorrow. As most of the a?? connection with these trains
are not connected with the North Carolina road they may not act in
harmony without some military authority is exercised. |

an order be issued to T. J. Sumner Superintendent placing all the
persons connected with ????? and under his control {too
