The other two Subjects were disposed of in
the following resolution by Mr. Richards which was adopted. |
"Resolved, That with a view to
placing funds in England, by the shipment of Cotton, the President be
instructed to accept the proposition of Mr. C. Witte for the sale of
150 Bales Cotton to this Company on the conditions stated therein, and
that arrangements for the payment of the Same be referred to the
Finance Committee in connection with himself." |
