| An application from H. D.
Whitcomb, General Superintendent, Virginia C Rr {Virginia
Central RR}, for permission to use
the temporary railway on Broad Street for a day or two, to haul
freight and passenger cars from the RF & P Rr {Richmond,
Fredericksburg & Potomac RR} depot to the Central
road, was laid before the Council and being read, the permission asked
for was granted by the Council. |
