| The Congress of the Confederate
States of America do enact, That the sum of twenty-one million
dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, out of any money in
the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction and
repair of railroads for military purposes during the year eighteen
hundred and sixty-five. |
