| You will please proceed to Mobile and
present my letter to Brigadier Genl. Leadbetter Chief Engineer. You will
proceed to Jackson Creek via Chocktaw Bluff as direct as circumstances
may require. If necessary you will there attend to procuring supplies
for the Govt. force of negroes at Jacksons Creek Salt works, reporting
to me by letter or in person at Atlanta. |

application to Quarter Masters of Transportation. |
