| Lt. Jno. W. Glenn Engr Corps is ordered to
proceed to Atlanta Geo, and there establish a depot of Engineer supplies
& shops for the manufacture and repairs of such tools &c as may be
needed in the service of this Dept. I will ask the favor of you to aid
him in the prosecution of this duty he is assigned to, and take pleasure
in recommending him to your relations as a gentleman & an intelligent
energetic & competent officer. |
