| Agreeably to orders recd from Major Clarke
of the Engr. Corps I forwarded to you all the negroes here from
Meriwether Co. except one who is sick. J W Blalock, the Sheriff has
informed me after bringing them to this point that he expected to obtain
some more from that County which I am directed to be taken to you. |
