| You will please proceed without delay to
the salt works on Jackson's creek Clark Co. Ala. and execute the
detailed instructions enclosed herewith, reporting to me as occasion may
require at Atlanta. |
| You will be entitled to transportation, by
exhibiting this letter to Govt. transportation agents. If you should
find it necessary in executing the accompanying instructions to visit
any other points in Alabama, you are authorized so to do. |
