| Your services are much needed in
rebuilding the bridges on the Geo R Road. From your long experience and
known experience in the construction of bridges I desire that you will
direct the framing of a Lattice bridge for Alcovy River. You will select
a site for framing at such point along the line of Road as may be
considered most convenient in view of the points from which lumber will
be obtained, the fitness of the immediate ground for framing and
facility of unloading from, and loading on to cars. You will be
entrusted with the organization of the framing force the selection of
tools and the general management of the work. You will please enter upon
this duty immediately. |
