Dear Sir, |
Will you be kind enough to communicate
with Col. M. B. Pritchard {Superintendent, Alabama
& Mississippi Rivers RR} and Col. Sam. Tate
{President, Memphis & Charleston RR}, if you know the address of
either, or both, and ask a report of such working tools, say shovels,
spades, axes, picks &c. as can be spared from the Uniontown & Meridian
connection; with a view to their use on the extension of your line
towards Rome Ga. If I had the address of either, this trouble would be
spared you. |
Forward, if you think best, a copy of this
request. The report to be made to me, if you can, at Selma Ala. |
