| I shall be detained one or two days longer
in Selma. Soon after my return to Atlanta I will call on you at Rome.
Your letter of the 26th has been recd. You can proceed at once, if you
desire to do so, to organize the forces for prosecuting the grading,
masonry, bridging and delivery of cross ties. |
| I have had an interview here with Genl.
Duff Green, who desires that the work may be constructed jointly by your
Co. and the Dalton & Jacksonville R. R. Co. He will have an interview
with you in a few days. |
