| Dear Sir, |
| You will please enrol the negroes of
owners who have not heretofore furnished their quota in your County,
taking the same proportion (1 in 4) as heretofore and have them ready to
be shipd. on the morning of the 1st of January
{Atlanta & West Point RR}. Those who have contributed labour will
be permitted to retain their negroes, provided that, 60 days time has
been made by each hand. |
