framing force and prepare a duplicate Bridge for the Oconee River
Central {(of Georgia)} RRd of the Lattice
Plan. Consult with Mr Geo W. Adams Genl Supt of Central RRd, if you have
opportunity as to the dimensions of the Truss frames. |

| QM's of transportation will please issue
transportation to Mr Sharp for himself and
negroes from Augusta to Millen. Mr Sharp will also be entitled to
transportation over any portion of the Central RRd necessary to the
accomplishment of his work. |
