| I desire very much the services of the
bearer Mr. W. B. Huston as a clerk and assistant in my office. I know
Mr. Huston to be competent and that he will be a most valuable aid to
me. He will explain to you his present status as regards the service. If
consistent with the rules of the service I would be glad if you will
give your approval to his employment by me. |
