| Knoxville February 10th 1863 |
| At a called meeting of the Prest &
Directors of the East Tenn & Ga RRd Co held this day the following
proceedings were held. |

| J. G. M. Ranny was called to the chair and
on Motion of Mr Callaway the board proceeded to elect officers where C.
Wallace was elected President R. C. Jackson Supt and Jno. M. Bridges
Secy & Trear. Prest Wallace then resumed the chair and presented the
following statement with verbal explanations: |
