| The new board of Directors were called to

| The board being advised of Mr A. S. Gaines
having received authority from the Secretary of the Navy to seize the
Iron of the Cahaba Marion, and Greensboro Rail Road Company, heretofore
seized by another officer under authority of said Secretary, it was on
motion |
| Resolved That he be requested to use all
proper dispatch to obtain such iron. |
