| The following Resolution offered by Genl
W. P. Bocock was also adopted. Resolved that the President be authorised
to cause the account of Dr J. H. Ellsberry to be settled, for the use of
his barge in transporting Engines &c from Montgomery to Selma for this
Road, while under the Military Superintendence of Col. Sam Tate:
Provided the same can be settled by paying Eight Dollars a day from the
time it was taken, till the 9th day of December 1862, when the same was
returned. |
