| The Board of Directors of the Company met
at their office at 10 oclock A M. |
| Present G G Griffin President and
Directors C Walker Jas L Price R H Hudson Jno W Lapsley and W. P. Bocock. |

| Mr L N Walthall being present by
permission of the board called attention to certain claims of his
contract with the Company for gradation on which he requested the board
to put its interpretation. He also requested that the board would at its
next meeting, determine the price that will be allowed him for removing
"loose Rock" which was not defined in his contract. |
| The board adjourned at 4 oclock P M to
meet at 9 oclock tomorrow morning. |
