| On Motion of Mr Price it was resolved |
| That the President be authorised to make
such arrangements for a depot at Meridian in conjunction with the Mobile
& Ohio Rail Road and the Southern {(of
Mississippi)} Rail Road Companies whereby by building the same in
partnership or by agreement to pay a reasonable rent as in his judgment
with the advise of the Chief Engineer may seem best. |
