On November 25, 1862, 27 Freight, 2 Passenger and 1 Baggage cars were seized and leased by the Government along with 3 locomotives. The rest of the cars were also seized at some date. Eight were given to the Mobile & Great Northern Railroad, 16 went to the Alabama & Florida (of Alabama), and the Alabama & Tennessee River RR used 1 Passenger & 13 Freight cars. |
