   We will charge full freight for sixteen thousand (16,000) on each car each loaded or not on foreign trains & take no responsibility for damages or loss to cars or contents, the trains to move by orders of Major Jackson. Foreign trains are dangerous. We want to bring here twenty five bales brown shirting & twenty five bales yarns for our people. Can we do so
