The Macon & Brunswick R.
R. is of the utmost importance to my Dept for the supply of Fuel to
the Hospitals in this City (eight in number) the principal portion of
the wood used by them being brought over that Road and that in case of
the removal of the iron from that Road, it will be very difficult to
supply the Fuel required, from any other source. Unless I can be
furnished with a special train to run on another road. |
