| Movements of troops is impeded
for want of Rail Road transportation Rolling Stock of T&Va RR {Virginia
& Tennessee RR} & of E. T. & Geo. {East
Tennessee & Georgia RR} is beyond the burnt bridge at
Strawberry Plains {on the East Tennessee &
Virginia RR}. As it is of the very highest importance that a
good locomotive should be at this place I respectfully ask you to send
one {from the Western & Atlantic RR} at
the earliest practicable moment. |
