Dear Sir, |
On arriving at the Nirvells
landing I learned that Capt. Ross had not selected any cars to be sent
to you for the Shelby Iron Works. I have just arranged with Col. Tate,
to send you all the Platform cars he has there not receipted for by
this road. I think the number is six. I will also send you two box
cars with the six. I expect to get them across the River today and
tomorrow then ??? two cars at Selma that Col Tate says you can have
the trucks are good but the bodies will require some new timber. |
