Your favor 4th inst. is this day received,
having been forwarded to me from Texas. |
I have not by me the Act of 8th February
last, and thank you for calling my attention to it. |
As I leave for Texas on 4th June prox.
will immediately on my arrival, make to your office the necessary
report. Mr. Z. K. Fulton V. P. of Road may have done so in my absence
of some of change of time for so doing. |
I will here state however that Iron has
been purchased, and is now being shipped to complete our Road to
Victoria, and all the necessary Rolling Stock also purchased & a
portion being shipped at this time. |
