There twenty two hundred (2200) bales cotton waiting
transportation from Georgia Depot at Augusta which this Road
requires recommend this cotton is intended to come here and to store
it and then reship will entail heavy expenses propose dispatch is
not used on the S. C. R. R a train loaned on the sixteenth had not
left Augusta on twenty second telegh me & Johnson whether Major
Sims can remedy this and if the twenty hundred 2000 must be stored
or not |
