Genl Beauregard telegraphs that increased means of
transportation say 5 locomotives with attendant cars should be
placed on the Manchester and Charleston {Northeastern}
railroad with a view of early appronant{?}
contingencies he suggests that railroads of South Carolina and
Georgia should afford these means in assange{?}
