Hon. L. P. Walker

Plans for getting all freights through nearly complete. It is necessary that Dr. W. S. Morris, president telegraph company, Lynchburg, shall without delay connect the Knoxville depot of East Tennessee & Virginia Railroad by telegraph with Bristol {termination of the Virginia & Tennessee RR}, and also establish a telegraph office at Mossy Creek, in East Tennessee. Please order them to do this.
