| The Directors of this Company
have declared a Annual Dividend of Three Per Cent, out of the earnings
of the Road this year, Payable at the Treasurer's Office, at
Yorkville, on and after the 10th day of January next. For the
convenience of the Charleston Share Holders, their dividends will be
paid at the South Western Rail Road Bank, at Charleston. |
