   The travel on the Wilmington & Weldon Rail Road has been resumed today by means of a Pontoon Bridge over Tar River. The trains will commence their regular trips at 7 o'clock this evening.
   Col. Fremont requests us to state that Passengers and troops, and light freight can now pass Tar River twice daily by our trains, each day, on pontoon bridges.
