We will give the proceedings
on Thursday afternoon more at length. Suffice it to say for the
present, that the recommendations contained in the report of the
President and Directors were mainly, we believe wholly concurred in.
Mr. Ashe was re-elected President -- the same Directors appointed on
behalf of the State and also the same elected by the Stockholders,
with but one change, B. W. Flanner, Esq., being substituted for W. W.
Pierce, Esq. now we believe in the military service of the State. |
