| It will be seen by notice in to-day's
paper, that the President and Directors of the Wilmington &
Manchester Rail Road Company, have declared a dividend of 25 per cent
on the Capital Stock of said company, making, with the dividend in
May, a total of thirty-seven per cent during the year. |
| We understand that the gross receipts of
the company for the last twelve months have been in the neighborhood
of twelve hundred thousand dollars. |
