Savannah, Ga., Feb. 1, 1863 {date is incorrect, since the proclamation was issued and dated the 17th}

   Notice is hereby given to all persons indicated in the recent proclamation of General Beauregard, that it will afford pleasure to the officers of this road to do everything in their power to meet the wants of the parties. Ladies are especially requested to recollect that, if there shall be a general waiting until the last hour, some must be disappointed, because the means of prompt transportation have been much reduced by the exigencies of the war.
George W. Adams, General Sup't.
