| Selma & Gulf Railroad Co. |
| The annual meeting of the
Stockholders of the Selma & Gulf Railroad Company, for the
election of Directors and other business of importance, will be held
at Alleaton, Wilcox county, Alabama, on Wednesday, the 20th day of
February next. To convene at 11 o'clock, a. m., at Town Hall. |
| Stockholders who cannot
personally attend, will please appoint proxies, in writing, to
represent them in said meeting. |
| The present Board of Directors
meet at the same place the day previous to the Convention of
Stockholders, at 11 o'clock, a. m. |
