   From and after this date, Freight shipped to any point on the line of Road where there is not a regularly appointed Agent, must be accompanied with a written certificate, releasing the Company from any risk or responsibility for damages, injuries or losses that may occur to said Freight after having been delivered at its point of destination.
   Tickets for Freight destined to such points will not be signed, nor will the articles be received, unless accompanied with the necessary certificate.
   Agents are kept at the following stations, none others: Nos 1 1/2, 2, 3, 4, 4 1/2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19.
