On and after this date, and until further notice the
schedules of Passenger Trains upon this Road will be as follows, daily
(Sundays excepted):

Leave Charleston, 9 A. M.;
arrive in Savannah, 2:45 P. M,; leave Savannah, 1:45 P. M.; arrive in
Charleston 7:30 P. M. Connecting at Savannah with Savannah, Albany
& Gulf R. R., Central R. R. and Florida steamers; at Charleston
with South Carolina R. R. for Augusta, Columbia, Greenville and
Charlotte with North Eastern R. R. for Cheraw, Wilmington, and
Northern cities, and with steamship for New York, Philadelphia, and
Boston; at No. 3 with tri-weekly line of stages for Waderboro; at No.
6 with daily line for Beaufort. |
The attention of merchants is
called to the facilities afforded by this route for the transportation
of freight, there being no charges for wharfage, drayage and storage
in Savannah, as there is a direct connection with the Central R. R. |
