Notice to Consignees

   Consignees are hereby notified that from and after this date storage will be charged on all cotton, produce and goods remaining in the Savannah depot more than 48 hours after their arrival, or will be sent to public storehouses at the expense and risk of consignees. Consignments to soldiers excepted.
