The Directors have declared a Stock Dividend of
Thirty-Three and a Third Per Cent. out of the surplus fund of the
Company, which heretofore has been derived from the earnings of the
road and used in paying for its construction and property and in the
reduction of the bonded debt. The same will be paid at this office on
and after the 26th May inst.

Parties who may be entitled to a fraction of a share may
receive the same in money, or pay an additional sum, so as to receive
a full share.
|
Stockholders are urged to have an early adjustment of
this dividend, and to bring or send their certificates with them to
this office.
