| Dividend Notice |
| The Board of Directors of the
Virginia Central Railroad Company have declared a dividend of three per
cent upon the capital stock of the Company, payable to the Stockholders
on and after the 15th April, 1864. |
| The books of transfer will be
closed from the 1st to the 15th April, 1864. |
