300 Negroes Wanted

Raleigh, July 23, 1863
 
   Three hundred hands are wanted to work on the grading of the Chatham Railroad, from eight miles west of Raleigh, to Deep River, in Chatham county. For No. 1 hands, one dollar per day will be paid, or they will be hired by the month, or for the rest of the year.
   Address the undersigned at Raleigh, N. C., or Captain Jas. E. Allen, Superintendent, Cary, N. C.
