The annual meeting of the North Carolina
Railroad Company was held in Greensboro', lately. |
The following are the Directors elected by
the stockholders: Thomas Webb, Paul Cameron, Giles Mebane and John L.
Morehead. The Directors appointed by the State are John Everett, J. D.
Flanner, R. S. Tucker, Albert Johnson, John Berry, C. P. Mendenhall,
D. A. Davis and Wm. S. Means. At a subsequent meeting of the
Directors, all the former officers were re-elected. |
For the year ending May 31, 1863, the
earnings of the road, from all sources, are as follows: |
