| The Piedmont Railroad Company will
commence on Monday next, Nov. 23d, 1863, the transportation of freight
over this road as far as Ruffin's Station, 16 miles from Danville, but
until depots at Ruffin's and Reidsville Stations are completed, all
freight will be taken at owners' risk. |
| The rolling stock of the Piedmont Railroad
being very small at present, only a limited quantity of freight can be
taken daily. |
| Freight charges will be collected at
Richmond. |
