South-Side Railroad Notice |
At a meeting of the Board of Directors of
the South-Side Railroad Company, held December 16, 1864, it was |
Resolved, unanimously, That all coupon, or
other bonds of this company, due on or before the last day of January,
1863, be presented at the company's office, in Petersburg, for
payment, the funds being in readiness for that purpose, and that
interest on all such bonds, not thus presented, will cease on the 1st
of January 1865. |
2d. Resolved, That coupons now due, or
becoming due on the 1st of January, 1865, must be presented at the
company's office for payment, on the 1st of January, 1865. |
