Bridge Destroyed
Lynchburg, Feb. 24
   The railroad bridge on the South Side Railroad, near Lynchburg, was destroyed by fire this afternoon, about five o'clock.

Lynchburg, Feb. 24
   The portion of the bridge burnt this afternoon was two spans of the South Side Railroad bridge, crossing James river and connecting the island with the {Virginia &} Tennessee depot.
