From Georgia -- railroad accident
Macon, September 14
A train loaded with Federal prisoners ran off the track last night at Camp creek, on the Southwestern railroad. Eight cars and the engine were crushed to pieces. A large number of Yankees were killed and wounded, fully as many as were Confederates in their removal from Point Lookout to Elmira, New York, when a similar accident occurred.
