| Superintendent Dodamead resigned |
| Thos. Dodamead, Esq., who has
held the office of General Superintendent of the Virginia Central Railroad
for the past five years, has resigned, and H. D. Whitcomb, formerly
Chief Engineer of the road, has been elected to supply his place. |
