| Wilmington, Nov. 27 |

| A few miles west of
Florence
a rail on the
Wilmington
& Manchester Railroad broke last night, throwing the ladies' car
off, killing two ladies and wounding some ten other passengers. The
train due at 6 this morning had not arrived at 3 this evening. |
