| Richmond, Dec. 11, 1863 |
| At a meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Virginia Central Railroad Company, held at Richmond, December 10th, it was |
| Resolved, That the practice of Depot Agents and other
officers of the Company engaged in speculating in fresh meats,
vegetables, and fruits, or any other article, is liable to abuse, and
therefore is forbidden. |
