| At an election held yesterday,
the following gentlemen were elected to serve as Directors, for the
ensuing year, viz.: Messrs. H. J. Ranney, C. Fellows, M. O. H. Norton,
P. N. Wood, E. Salomon, Jno. G. Gaines, A. M. Holbrook, John Fox, Henry
Florence, J. J. Warren, H. W. Schwartz and Richard Esterbrook on the
part of Louisiana, and Messrs. W. McWillie, C. C. Shackelford, James
Drane, Wirt Adams, James McAdorey and L. E. Houston on the part of
Mississippi. |
| The stockholders are
requested, by official notice elsewhere published, to meet at the office
of the company this day at 12 M. |
